	ARTtv is a limited liability corporation for producing under contract and work-for-hire. Art Moves Media, inc. is a non-profit organization formed to develop original programming. Art Moves Media (AMM) was incorporated in the State of Virginia in 1999 as a 501c-3 organization for the purpose of producing arts and educational programming. The mission of Art Moves Media is to increase understanding of contemporary art and to broaden exposure for contemporary artists. AMM produces media works of art and media works about art. Art Moves Media seeks exceptional contemporary artists working in all disciplines especially those creating inter-disciplinary, inter-active and multi-media work.					Art Moves Media seeks to present nationally recognized and emerging artists whose works exhibit originality, intellectual challenge, aesthetic quality and relevance to other fields. Art Moves Media establishes a comprehensive process to produce programs for distribution and presentation. Program content is informed by the collective vision of a nationally recognized Board of Advisors.
